Dinner at Palenque in Kamiah last night … and a blackberry margerita to get things going.<\/p>\n
The daily special was pollo fundido and I didn’t want something too large, too heavy. It was reasonably sized and delicious in a trashy sort of way … the cheese slices on top, not quite melted. I’m not going to complain … the cheese and sauce mingled and provided the right level of tang.<\/p>\n
